Comic Strip Festival – Herceg Novi
Despite numerous financial difficulties, the third Comic Strip Festival ‘09 took place in Herceg Novi. The participants of the festival are comic-strip artists from Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
