The Lift

Comic Centre of Macedonia

The Comic Centre of Macedonia, located in Veles, was founded in 2002 as a prolongation of the Society of Citizen Lovers of Strip Art and Comic Art, founded in 1995. They offer artists resources such as: equipment, computers, scenery, printers, and exhibition spaces. They have a comic library with over 6.000 comics.

Muku Mayk

In 1995 two issues of Мики Маус (Mickey Mouse) were published by Egmont in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Each of the two issues had 36 pages and started with a 10-page Carl Barks story. The rest of the comics were filled with Danish D-coded stories.
